Have you tried to go dairy free?

Unless you have a diagnosed allergy or intolerance I would question what the benefit is.  If you prefer to be dairy free ensure that you look at ways of maintaining the intake of nutrients you will be missing out on.

If you are worried about developing osteoporosis then bear in mind that smoking, extremely low body weight and lack of exercise contribute as much as a diet lacking in balanced nutrients.
